« This was the most amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and the decorating is top notch. Everything was perfect and made my stay so enjoyable. The view is gorgeous and I loved sitting out on the patio in the afternoon and evening. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful everything was. « Comfortable, clean and convenient. You can walk to downtown! The neighborhood is quite and cute. Well kept homes around it.Mattresses were very comfy and plenty of towels. You can't go wrong. Book with confidence. »

« Loved this property, would rank one of top 3 VRBO’s have stayed in ever!Clean, convenient…moments to downtown Defiance, retail stores, and restaurants. Can’t say enough good about The Aviator’s Lounge…atmosphere great, from large screen TV’s to the wonderful Maytag Washer-Dryer. Awesome kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom (shower plenty of pressure)!Bottom line our new Defiance go to when visiting! Loved it! »

« It was a cute little property. All amenity needs were met. Frank was a great host and was quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. I will stay here again next time we are visiting the area. »

« Charming older home in a wonderful location. Walk to coffee shops and Farmers Market. Walk to Hillsdale College. We attended a wedding at Hillsdale College and the two bedroom up/ down was perfect for two couples with children. The host is very responsive and provided a fruit bowl and breakfast food. There was no noise complaints/footsteps complaints from the part of family staying on the lower level. Also, the town is really quiet at night, so don’t worry about city noise in this downtown...

« This was the perfect place to stay on our quick trip to visit our college student! The accommodations were so clean, quiet, and welcoming! The owners have thought of all the extra details with snacks, coffee, drinks, fresh eggs and updated decor. Everything felt cozy and comfortable! Additionally, any questions we asked were promptly answered. In general, this was a marvelous choice for our family. We will definitely choose to return! »

« Property was CLEAN, well laid out, attractively decorated, and had many thoughtful touches (makeup mirror on desk, snacks and drinks available). Quiet country location. Only suggestion would be for host to get a wifi extender - the connection was in and out for apartment 1 (in a location where cell data was also spotty). »

« From CJ, to the accommodations, to the wonderful small town USA, I loved my trip! The apartment has everything you need for a restful trip. I loved the hot shower with the awesome water pressure. Parking next to the unit was certainly a plus. In fact there are no negatives I could assign to CJ’s place. It’s super quiet, but close to anything you would need from town. CJ was very responsive and a wonderful host. If I am ever in the area again, this will definitely be my first choice. »
