« We moved our son into UTRGV to play football for this upcoming season and needed a place close to the school. This was conveniently located to the school and close to stores and restaurants. Jerry was very easy to communicate with and the attention to detail inside the unit was just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for future stays! Thank you Jerry! »

« Allie was very communicative on our whole process coming in, during and out. This house was very glamorous and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very peaceful. The house had everything we needed for our 12 day stay. Thank you so much Allie for such an amazing experience. »

« I would definitely consider staying again. The bed we stayed in was comfortable as well as the seating. My husband liked the small desk and chair set up off the dining room. We also liked the night stands as they had plugs and usb ports on the side of them. Only issue we found was 3 of the 4 beds are very low. We slept in the one higher bed because we are old and were afraid the lower beds would be to hard for us to get in and out of. »

« We had a great stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and felt very much like home. It was also in a great location for food and shopping. We came for my daughter's wedding, and will definitely be back for future visits. »

« The layout was a bit odd. The coffee setup was completely unsanitary and old and undrinkable. The coffee, sugar and creamer were in an open stackable 3 glass dish contraption. Beautiful, if for your own family. Not if for many strangers. (I am trying to upload a photo, but the site isn't letting me)One of the rooms with the full bed and an odor to it the was not pleasant, and the upstairs bathroom sink faucet water came out with very little water even with both taps turned all the way on! « Host was super nice and accommodating. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Had a place to hold the boat w/ suspenders that worked well keeping it from hitting the dock and bulkhead. Parking space was plentiful to park the trailer and truck. »
