« We had a great stay! Secluded and quiet. We were there while the restaurant was closed which was unfortunate but probably kept the property from being as busy as it could be. Will definitely consider going back for future trips. We ate dinner in Elkin and Wilkesboro. Great restaurants in both towns and super close to Stone Mountain for a solid day of hiking/site seeing. 100% recommend. »

« After initial (2) concerns were quickly remedied, we had an excellent visit and stay. The location, right on the river and nice tasting / light food. Initially the hot tub was scalding hot, and too hot for entry. This was remedied. The bed mattress was excessively worn out and unsupportive. This was remedied by relocating us to another unit with acceptable mattress. All communications were prompt and our concerns addressed promptly. The property location is first rate spectacular. « This home is absolutely perfect. My group loved everything about it. The rooms are perfect, the downstairs was a dream for the kids and the location was good. It was super clean, which i really appreciated. There is a sweet husky that may come around!! Dealing with Vacasa was less than fun and I don’t appreciate that the listing is not quite accurate for the sleeping arrangements. It says there are two sofa beds. It’s extra annoying because, I messaged Vacasa and was told that the house did have...

« This house was even better than what you see in the photos! The location is unmatched as it is less than 10 mins from downtown Boone. And the interior is spacious with several large master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are also two large decks with wonderful seating and a gas fire pit that is easy to operate. Would recommend and would stay here again! »
