« I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. « We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient. »

« The property was nice. Needs instructions for the tv, paper towels or dish towel in kitchen. Other then that it was a good stay. I would book again. »

« Nice apartment; clean, pretty, comfortable. Good and easy communication with host. Local food and desert shops are really nice, multiple grocery options within a 10-15 minute walk. Train and bus station close by. »

« This property gets a -1*, the apartment was beat up, awful odor, plastic glove stuck to shower tile. The furniture was awful, would not sit on couch, I even left my nice blanket there. The building smelled awful, dirty, low income housing. I am trying to get some compensation back 4 weeks later, keep getting run around. »

No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? « We have stayed here before. Whenever we come back to NY we book this VRBO. Joe the owner is a great guy very patient and helpful. The property has always been immaculate. The location is great. Close to all shopping and great restaurants. Highways and parkways are very easy to get to.
