« We stay here for a family wedding. My 3 kids and their families and my wife and I stayed here. Super backyard for my grandkids to play. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars! »

« 5 adults and 2 children. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay while in Boone for a family event. Easy access to highway to go to Des Moines and Ames. Close to essential businesses in the area. Pool table, nice deck, and views of golf course. We recommend the property. »

« Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!! »

« We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to hotel rooms. Very clean and cute inside, well stocked with regular supplies, good water pressure, ceiling fans and good A/C. I would recommend going to room darkening curtains in the bedrooms »

« From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. One of the best we've enjoyed over the years. We also took advantage of renting the family "ranch area" for 4 hours for fun and burgers and toasted marshmallows.
