« Thank you for the use of your lovely lake house! The water was still warm enough for the kids to enjoy some swimming and paddle boarding with the supplied equipment. The house was large and comfortable
could have easily hosted much more than the four of us. Coffee on the porch in the morning was heavenly and the narnia room was a cool touch. We hope to be back! »

« It was a quick adult getaway and the lakeside escape was perfect! The house was clean and well stocked. We made use of the French press for coffee and appreciated the snacks and water the host left. We enjoyed a quiet kayak around the whole lake and the hot tub. We hope to come back for another visit with our family. »

« The home is very spacious and comfortable. We thought we would use the hot tub, golf carts and the game room however, we had so much fun cooking, talking and catching up, we never got to it. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals.We enjoyed walking the outdoor trails on a perfect October weekend. »

« Property location and view were excellent unfortunately we had too many disappointments with the amenities and condition of the house. A more detailed list will be provided but the top inconveniences and disappointments were the lack of written instructions on how to operate the thermostat and fireplace. Trying to communicate with owners was a challenge. Toilet upstairs was running which disrupted sleep and we weren’t able to open windows to air the stuffiness out and enjoy the lake breeze....

« The place is beautiful. We did have an issue with bed bugs and the property managers were prompt about getting infected items out. The owner was helpful in letting us use an additional apartment on the property since we could not use the basement bedrooms. It could have been cleaner and we would love to have soap/other household supplies offered. Bedding was oversprayed with some kind of carpet cleaner or air freshener so we had to wash the linens to be able to sleep. Great fireplace and kitchen...

« A great stay! We were especially impressed by how well everything was prepared for our stay and how easy check out was--the driveway and sidewalk were even taken care of during a snow storm. We especially appreciated that our hosts extended an additional night to us due to inclement weather. Definitely would book again on a return trip to Shawano. »
