« Overall a good stay in a good locale! Only notable issue was that the water pressure was almost unusably low, and hot water would take quite a while to get to temp. Didn't ruin the place but definitely needs some improvement, as being out in nature and dirty all day just to have to wait 10 minutes for the water go get hot was a little annoying. But great spot! Pollys market nearby was a great local market, right by a dominoes, solid fishing spot across the street. GREAT proximity to Ann Arbor...

« This was a comfy, cozy little cottage right across the street from Whitmore Lake. The view was wonderful. Walking up to the park was easy. Dee’s ice cream was right up the street. Detroit was 40 minutes away, so convenient for our needs. Ann Arbor is also convenient. Brighton was less than 15 minutes away. Though it was a couple of hours, it was also convenient to Port Austin (Turnip Rock) and Cass City (Sanilac petroglyphs). My husband and I took advantage of the fire pit and found the kitchen...
