The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. « The check in process was a bit weird with the virtual reception desk and wasn’t what I was expecting but it was smooth. And the pull out couch and bed could use a mattress pad but I only there one night so no real issues! »

« When we arrived at check in, we were informed that the two bedroom we rented was not available because the water heater was broken, and we were downgraded to a one bedroom. I wish we had been informed ahead of time as I was traveling with my family including two young children, and we could barely fit in a one bedroom. It was uncomfortable to say the least.
