Located between St Louis and Springfield, Missouri, Meramec Caverns has some extraordinary cave formations. There are 4.6 miles of caverns tucked away in the Ozark Mountains. Artifacts from Pre- Colombian Native American Indians have been found in the caverns and it is ruptured that outlaw Jessie James used them as a hideout. Meramec Farm's is located in a place called Bourbon, MO the town has been in operation since 1853. The name Bourbon refers to bourbon whiskey and is believed to be the only town in the United States to be named after bourbon whiskey The Farm is set on the spring-fed Meramec River in East Central Missouri, Meramec Farm has been in the same family since 1811.
