« The house was perfect for a bunch of kids! We rented this with a few friends and all murder our kids and they had a blast! There is public parking down by the lake if you’re wanting to get in the water, but it’s just a few spots on the grass. There wasn’t a whole lot of privacy in the house which we knew going into it but just make sure that you read about the rooms before you book. »

« The walking proximity to the University of Arkansas is fantastic and convenient. The house is clean, but old. Our check-in process was lengthy as the code didn’t work. We had to call the owner twice to get a code that worked. Once inside, the house was 54 degrees and had a musty smell, as it must not have been rented in some time. Once we got the heat on, things improved. For the price, it was fine. I will say there is a lot of traffic noise through the night coming from nearby college...
