« The house was clean and very nice! My friends loved the Brownstone style and the rustic look the brick walls provided. The beds were comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. All rooms had comfortable temperatures. We had 8 guests for 2 days and we had enough towels and washcloths. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Louisville Palace where we attended concerts. Very smooth experience. »

« This home is very nice. It was one of the cleanest we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens for all of us. This home has a lot of interesting history and a lot of charm. We highly recommend it. »

Lots of local places within walking distance! The property is well kept, the kitchen was well stocked, and all amenities in the listing were present. »

« I stayed at Diane’s small cottage in Louisville with my friend and it was absolutely perfect for us. The place was quaint, clean, and beautifully designed. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior. The location couldn’t have been better: just 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from a major shopping mall, and right on the water. It was so peaceful and serene, a wonderful spot to relax after work.Diane was a fantastic host, very kind, responsive, and flexible with our check-in time....

« House was not ready when we got there- cleaning crew had not come - calendar mishap, evidently, but the owner and cleaning crew were very responsive and quickly got it taken care of. My only less than stellar feedback is the lack of towels, washcloths and Kleenex and K-cups for morning coffee available to us. Otherwise a nice stay and a beautiful space. Thank you! »
