« I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. We would stay with this host again since everything else was positive...

« My brother and his spouse, my elderly parents and myself and my husband spent two nights there. My grown children and their children did come to visit one evening for dinner and the space was just the right size to host a family dinner. It was great to wake up and hear the tugboats and barges going down the river at night and the view of the river was spectacular.
