« Wonderful property, with so many extra touches! Great location and responsive management. Please note there is a very big construction project just outside of the property- facing the balcony. They worked on Saturday, but didn’t disturb us from inside the apartment. »

« We’ve stayed at The Dickson each of the last 4 years for our annual Razorback basketball pilgrimage. Like the other units we’ve rented, this is a very nice property. Great location. Comfortable for my wife and me for a couple of days. Only complaint is the TV offering is so limited. When they say the property has “a basic cable package” they aren’t joking. Only a handful of local channels - no national news, no ESPN. Would be a nice upgrade. »

« Perfect place in a perfect location. The unit had tons of character. It was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything needed (and then some). Every aspect from booking and check-in to check-out was easy and clearly communicated. Would not change a thing, and would definitely book again. »

« Parking was easy and convenient to the apartment. Many food options, shops, campus was nearby, and the walk to the square wasn't too far. We enjoyed the Saturday morning farmers' market at the square. The place was clean and comfortable. Although I would vote for more lighting in the 2nd room but that's an easy fix. « The location couldn’t have been better. We came up for a basketball game on Friday and Dickson on Saturday, and it was such a gift to leave our car in the garage and walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony for some fresh air.I also have to say… I messed up our booking twice, and they were incredibly kind both times.
