« The condo was extremely dirty with dry wall all over the floor and counters that got all over all our clothes. Had musty smell. Owner did not disclose that downstairs was also a VRBO and we thought it was a spa and heard people yelling and arguing at 2am. Overall negative experience would not recommend. « The only regret we have is not staying more than one night! Kay and Joe were great hosts. Kay provided a lot of recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and things to do. The location is central to a number of wineries and incredible views. The Love Nest is well stocked with all the essentials and several bonuses, too! « Place is just as described. Really cute. Large living room dining room and bedroom. Cute old fashioned kitchen. All tastefully decorated and well stocked. Starter coffee. A little strange configuration with bathroom as door to it from bedroom and dining area, but it really was not a problem for a couple. Right next to train but only had horn once in early eve and once in morning. Really easy walk to everywhere. Nice pub across street, and counter style diner just down street. Really...

« I loved my stay at this cozy spot. For a small space it was full of amenities, the finest of which money can’t buy: a beautiful view out over a picturesque valley. Morning light fills the space, and charming touches abound. It was peaceful and welcoming. I enjoyed the proximity to excellent hiking and local caves to explore. « This place is a total gem, so close to DC and yet it feels like you're deep in the forest. My only regret is that we didn't have an extra day to float the river down to the State Park; I'm sure we could hire someone in town to help bring the boat back to the property. « Luray Caverns is minutes away. Make sure to drop by the Luray Petting Zoo, it's a 3-minute drive from Luray Caverns. You'll love the goats and monkeys and it's for a great cause. As for where we stayed, we were right off the main street, so many eating options. It took us no more than 5-8 minutes to get anyway on main street by car. Make sure to check out the West Side Deli.
