« We enjoyed the proximity to Bolton’s Landing. The photo on VRBO of the bedroom is not accurate. A sofa is shown in the room; however, when we arrived we found a table there. The host was responsive and offered to provide us another director’s chair for sitting in the room to be able to watch TV. We ended up not taking them up on the offer but the point is the rental as advertised on VRBO is misleading. Although not a big deal for us to have to strip the beds of linens, we felt that is something...

« Updated unit with two separate bedrooms. About 20 second drive from Cate’s Italian Garden. Host are just next door in the building of their own. Mary responds to messages almost immediately. Overall great stay. »

« Had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as excellent location, easy parking, laundry, and great set-up in the common space for spending time together as a family (two adults and two almost adult kids). We walked just about everywhere, and the code entry was very convenient because there was no dealing with keys when we went our separate ways. Beds were comfortable (master BR mattress was very firm—just FYI for folks who don’t like that) and AC worked fine. Lots of nice little touches...

« We were so happy to come back to this amazing property and see Sue and John again after our first visit 3 years ago. The carriage house is beautiful, clean, well stocked and so cozy and comfy. It’s a great location with amazing views of the Hudson on this expansive private property. Sue also gives the best recommendation of things to do in the area that were perfect for our family. Can’t wait to come back again! »
