« Our stay was beyond perfection. Jon was so communicative and kind and went out of his way to make sure the hot tub was on for my group who was doing a long running race that morning. He was available to answer any of our questions and made sure we knew we could contact him if they were ever any issues. There weren’t any issues. « We stayed at a beautiful wedding venue. It was during the week, so we were the only guests.They kept the complimentary drinks iced, had dog treats for our pup. And upgraded our room. It was beautiful, scenic with the river and Smokey Mountains nearby. Easy to get into the room considering we arrived after 8pm. The manager replied and was so helpful. Even brought me a pair of rain boots because I was interested in going down by the river. We will definitely go back and I’ve already been raving...

« Contact free check in with a door code. WiFi worked great. It’s about 30 minutes away from any restaurants or grocery stores. The house is super cute with a cottage feel. The showers did have mold growing in the caulk in the upstairs bathrooms. One of the bed sheets weren’t washed and we found dirt and Bobby pins in it. And we found an old yogurt container under the couch when we first got there. Overall, it was a nice place, just needed a little more attention to cleaning details. »

« Our group had a wonder stay at The Lodge. The house is large enough to accommodate large groups without feeling like you are tripping over each other. The beds were super comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host is super attentive and responsive to his guest. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area. »
