« The place is great in a quiet neighborhood with an easy drive to FSU. Easy parking and the apartment was like being in your own home very relaxing. The Hosts were very accommodating its totally private. Would go back again. »

« Everything about this stay was perfect. Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful room. Well equipped, remolded, and everything you need waiting for you. We went for a weekend getaway, when we arrived there was clear instruction on where to park, how to get inside, and the hosts were so sweet and welcoming! 100/10. »

« Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! »

« Easy to find and access. Perfect place to stay to relax or use as a base for local adventures. 10\10 highly recommend. »

« Steve was a great host. Check in was smooth, place was just as described in listing. The first night I did reach out to Steve (at about 10:15pm) regarding the guests in the upstairs unit being loud. He responded right away and took care of it. I did not hear another sound that night or any other night during my stay. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and it had every th inf you needed for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely stay there again when I come into town. »

« Great accommodations for a weekend stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was spacious for 4 adults and located in very cute and quiet neighborhood. The location was great and only a quick Uber ride away from the FSU stadium. While limited on some household supplies (kitchen and cleaning products), it was no issue as we spent most of our time outside of the apartment. Communication with the property owners was great. Highly recommend this property! »

« This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location. »
