« The apartment could use a few things: dish soap, dishwashing soap, trash can (trash bags were provided but no can), hand towel in the bathroom, sheet and blanket for the bed, instructions for the amenities listed in listing such as the gym, WiFi. The floors and nightstand were sticky. »

« The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.The photos were VERY misleading. The photos made the room look warmly decorated and comfortable. The actual room was bare bones. No lamps - only harsh overhead lighting. It was called an extended stay, but there wasn’t even a coffee pot. Full kitchen with zero utensils, dishes, pots - nothing. Bare floor with no throw rugs. There was no clear communication regarding checkout. The office opened at 10am with no direction how to check out earlier. I left...
