« I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am..... »

« Our holiday was everything that we expected. The house was well presented and clean and the location could not be bettered. The only downside were some minor maintenance issues such as a couple of lights not working and the stove not working as well as it should. The floor in the kitchen could be looked at in the future as well but having said that it did not detract from the fabulous time we, as a family, had. »

« Lovely house, spacious, attractive and clean with 3 good sized bedrooms and large communal spaces. Pool was great. Nerida was clear and prompt in her communications. Nice goodies in fridge when we arrived. Position is handy to city, Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach (about 25 min walk or 5 min Uber), in a mixed residential zone with some warehouses in nearby streets (not Nudl). « We loved the Hideaway for our wedding weekend. So perfect to have our small pre wedding gathering and then to relax in pool during the four days. Nic is a great host and made it all seamless for us and treated us to a lovely card and bubbles on arrival. The house is so well appointed and lots of little touches. It is serene and full of wildlife as well - even some curlew chicks and family to admire. We recommend it highly. »
