« I checked in and checked out within the first hour. 1. The room. Smelled of cigarettes even though I reserved a non smoking room. 2. There was graffiti on the bathroom window and the privacy barrier had holes in it. 3. The weather stripping was missing from the door, 4. « I was given a king suite on the top floor of the second building. The stairs up to it were rickety and when I opened the door to the room bugs scattered. The floors hadn't been cleaned and there were live and dead bugs in the bathroom as well. I asked for a different room and it was in the other building. It was better, but there were still a few roaches and the ceiling was dropping bits of plaster. »

« Didn't have my reservation. Room wasn't clean, probably wasn't cleaned for months. Toilet full of gray mold, hair in tub, scrunchy on tub, floor had soft spot, not upkept. »
