« Pros - kitchen and bathroom were very nice -owner/manager was very nice and responsive Cons - there was a musty smell in the bedrooms: -the bathtub was unusually high and was difficult to enter/exit -carpet was aged and in need of replacement -the condensate bucket for the neighboring unit was overflowing and smelly when we arrived...was later emptied. -the exhaust air from the adjacent unit's AC had an unpleasant odor. « Everything was great. Just a couple of items that the host might want to look at. The refrigerator had some old food from a previous guest. I guess the cleaning crew missed that. The tub is in serious need of a thorough cleaning or replacement. I ended up not wanting to shower due to the condition. »

« I didn't expect the apartment was located by a railroad track and a dog compound. the folding chair when I sat down was already broken and I fell on the floor, I didn't expect that renovation was going on at other apartments in the complex. I would say the apartment served my needs, but I would not book it next time »
