« Once I got the combination to open my room door, I went to my room and it didn’t have a keypad to enter my code. It had a lock that needed a key. When I called about that they said sorry we don’t have any other rooms or the key. My plane was delayed, this was going on 3am. There I stood in the lobby trying to figure out where to go. I would like a full refund plus’s the expense to take Uber to another hotel and the difference of the cost of the hotel. »

« We were there for a business trip and it was perfect. Close to Indianapolis. The fact that it was facing the parking lot on the first floor made it very convenient to get in and out. Also, very close to stores and restaurants. Just a perfect place to stay. Next year we will be back for sure as we are going there again for business. »
