« Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch. All in all it was a great stay. Enjoyed all the text messages upon arrival up until leaving. Very personal and informative. We will definitely be back....

« We had a super easy check-in process. And the bedrooms were great for our family. Love the little sitting room that faced the street. Street parking for us, our truck was too big for the driveway or garage. Super responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely look into using them again when we come back to the area! »

« We chose Rockford b/c it was relatively central to all of our residents. While there weren’t many eat-in restaurants, we were able to do some carry-out and brought things with us. Snooze above Brews met our needs for a quick girls weekend away. »

« 1. Needs outlets near bed. 2. Two out of the four lamps had burned out bulbs. 3. The Kleenex dispenser in bathroom was empty. 4. The fridge was set at the warmest setting. »

« This host was professional and active throughout the whole process. There were other guests and shared spaces: kitchen, 1.5 bathroom. Response time of host was impeccable. I would stay again. »

« This house was perfect for our trip to Lima to see a show. The house was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal, including a well stocked fridge! We stayed in the cold weather, so we couldn't try out the pool, but it looked nice. The location was a super cute and walkable neighborhood, and it took no time to get around to our destinations.
