« Lovely property that was well maintained and well stocked. The location is perfect for a walk along the river, to the local shopping area, and to the trolley tour. We also enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. »

« I didn’t realize there was no bedroom on the first floor. Secondly there’s a first floor bathroom that you almost have to duct to get into. My son and daughter and husband all thought the beds weren’t very comfortable. The house is a nice size. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the owner was very nice but it definitely needs a good cleaning. »

« The house was great. It had plenty of seating, and the living room and bedroom furniture was very comfortable. I loved the Victorian style, dark wood, and antique feel. It had a large kitchen and upstairs bathroom (along with the downstairs half bath). Note that no bedrooms are on the ground floor, if that is important to you. It is dog and cat friendly. The house was very clean, but the living room could have been cleaned of cat and dog hair better. Bring a lint roller, but that is...
