You can literally here the entire conversation from one room to another even if whispering. One of the bathrooms in the house was not working and we had to use 1 bathroom among 8 people for 2nights. « We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home! From the fireplace and the game room, to the fully-stocked kitchen and comfortable living and bedrooms, we cannot recommend this house enough! Everything was sparkling clean and the house was so well-organized and appointed. The hosts were also so kind, proactive with directions/tips, and also very responsive to any questions we had. « The house was not clean by basic standards. The garage smelled like smoke when we arrived and opened the door. We found an extinguished cigarette poised on the washer that had burned down and a pile of unwashed bedding was on the ground under a very dirty sink. Inside, the fridge was filthy, clean and dirty dishes were in the dishwasher, the coffee pot was really gross and there were 21 nails laying on the stairs. « Host communicated well. Place was nicely decorated but dirty in cupboards and drawers. Utensil holder look like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks inside the cupboards had a bunch of crumbs and just dirty. It’s a turn off when you see cockroach traps in the corner on the counter and spray underneath and this is probably the reason why. »
