« We were very disappointed in our experience on this stay and felt the condo and setting were not adequately described on VRBO. The condo is in a dilapidated, sketchy area. We are experienced and tolerant travelers, but arriving at the condo, we were concerned that the area was not safe to park our cars, and we certainly would not feel safe walking around at night. There were several men hanging around, beat up cars and the smell of weed.The building across from the rental unit was falling...

« This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn. »

« Great location close to UT Austin and downtown, with no need to get on the interstate, plus easy access to northeast Austin. Stylishly designed, adequately stocked and good communication with hosts. Property was quiet and walkable to local eateries. Parking is tight but ok, there are stairs so pack light. If there is a game at the adjacent stadium, be prepared for traffic and congested street parking. Great stay. Will stay again. »
