« The host, Susan, was very communicative prior to the stay. She was also very welcoming and easy to get ahold of, and it was clear, she is proud of this home, and rightfully so, as it is meticulously maintained and well appointed. Susan boasts probably the finest balcony view of Sapphire Valley, and the main great room of the home is large and wide open accommodating a large crew or family. »

« Everything about this listing is intentionally misleading. This place is trashed. Literal garbage everywhere, tarp on the roof, etc, just a disaster. Then once we finally were allowed to check in, 3 hours late, we were on the phone with our host discussing issues and requesting toilet paper, he said no and canceled our reservation. Which turned out better as we went to a hotel but he stole every dollar we gave him. Don’t fall for it. »
