« This was a wonderful cabin, on top of a garage (so stairs involved). Very clean and perfect for 2 people and a dog. The view was fantastic! The road up to the cabin was steep and narrow and not much flat area to walk the dog. Claudia replied to my messages right away. One thing I found was that opening the cabin info was not on my VRBO listing but Claudia helped with that. I highly recommend this cabin! »

« Terrible experience. I booked this place for two nights and paid for insurance “just in case”. I got terribly sick and we experienced a record breaking snow storm the weekend of the booking. I am unable to get my money back and the host will not assist in anyway. Be wary. »

« Crowdstrike glitch caused us to be unable to fly out of phoenix to Asheville therefore we had no way of getting there. Tried to communicate with owner and VRBO regarding refund but no response!!!!!!!!! So, no review for site but serious issue with customer service…… »
