« We stayed in Unit 2. We arrived at around 3:00 pm, but there was no one on-site, and we hadn't received any information about which unit was ours or how to access it. We had to call the number on the office door to obtain the access details. It appeared the office hadn't been used for some time, as the area around it was covered in spider webs. The heating in the unit was inadequate and didn't keep the room warm enough. We had booked for 4 people, however extra blankets were only made available...

« Honestly the exact cozy snow experience my partner and I were after. Loved the Bavarian feel and especially being by the open fireplace in the bar area. Existing from a totally different era I can't imagine anywhere else in Thredbo has the same charm. Don't change! »
