« The house was perfect. Right on Pine Creek where we were able to set our chairs in on a hot summer day to cool off.House was equipped with everything you would need and more. We like to visit Coudersport and Wellsboro so this house was in a great location for us. Also, it’s very close to the rail trail where we can take our bikes out. Will definitely rent again. »

« I would have given the property five stars except the weeds at the lower entry door were knee high. The grass was mowed but they never got off the mower the trim around the house or the driveway at the entry door. We brought our own Blackstone grill. There was a nice looking grill there but it was never cleaned and was pretty nasty on the grill area. The inside of the house was nicely decorated with good quality furniture and an open floor plan. I would consider renting this property again...

« I grew up coming to the Potter County/Tioga County area, so we planned a family vacation to show our kids the area and explore "God's Country"."Very Merry Acres" served as an excellent basecamp for our daily explorations. The property was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. « Super cute house and property. More negatives than positive tho. The train runs right in front of the house every couple of hours (only a two lane road divides the tracks from the house) and the whistle blows several times every time it comes through. The road is very heavy with traffic and the speed limit is 55. Including a lot of dump trucks that drive over the tracks making a lot of extra noise. We could not hold a conversation sitting at the pool from how loud traffic was. Truly, we had to...

« Would stay again. The one bathroom can be a challenge with 6 people. But we knew this coming in. Overall we had a great stay. Wellsboro is a nice town. We were here for a rally race. Was only 10 mins from one of the stages. This area of PA is beautiful. »

« Place was extremely nice.. Almost everything you would need was available.. Great location to access town and the Pine Creek Trail.. Saw lots of wildlife from deck. Only concern would be for elderly people, the steps to the main floor from the entrance we a little steep. The house was one of the cleanest ones we ever stayed at.. The views were outstanding. »
