« Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure! »

« The owner greeted us at the door then he showed us to our room. The room was clean and neat. It looked exactly like the pictures online. The next morning he gave us alternate things to do in the area. He had a parfait at our breakfast table waiting for us before our breakfast was ready. He was very friendly. I love the unique pieces in this home. My husband especially loved the art. We would definitely stay here again. »

« I have been staying at "The Cozy" for years and have never been disappointed. The home is lovely, Richard and his mom (the breakfast lady) are very nice and friendly, and the house is situated in a nice walking neighborhood for leg-stretching after a drive. »

« Check in was really simple. This is an ideally placed Campground with access to many state park destinations in the area.Very clean Campground and perfect for our family of 4.We are looking at coming back in the fall. »
