« The neighborhood is perfect, it is easy to walk into town from the apartment. It is close to many stores as well as attractions like the corning museum of glass etc. »

« we stayed last year and we returned this year and really enjoyed it again. I like the area and that it is very close to Leonard Harrison state park so we may visit more often. Since it is the first business you see when you leave the park you should stop for a bite to eat or some very good ice cream. The staff are great people also and there is a nice gift shop inside. »

« Very spacious and very friendly owner. Everything was there that we needed and then some, even a washer and dryer. Really liked that it was within walking distance of almost everywhere we went. It was awesome.to see a movie and walk back in the dark to see all the lantern street lights lit up! »

« The pictures do not do this place justice. It's a pleasant little retreat away from it all. We'll stocked and has everything you need. Very close to Harris Hill and other Elmira attractions. Far enough away from things where it's still very quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area. »
