« Loved the old country farm house feel and look, with modern updates! Plenty of room for family card games! The 4 season porch was great for kids gaming! We did notice a weak spot in the middle steps of the main stairwell that we were concerned about. We would stay here again! »

« The host interaction was pretty much non-existent, only responded to one message the day before we were supposed to check in. The vent in the living room was disgusting. There were a couple holes in the wall, broken things, no window coverings downstairs, etc. The beds were comfortable but there were no extra blankets. The appliances were nice. The parking was nice for 3 or 4 vehicles. The location was easy to get to. »

« Had all we needed! Great space for the kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Everything was clean, shower heads are quite aggressive. Will definitely stay here again when in the area! »

« Easy to find and well located between Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Unit was clean and well laid out for a family of four. Kitchen does not have extensive supplies but worked fine for basic breakfasts and snacks. TV and wifi worked without issue. Washer and dryer also worked well. Host was responsive when asked a question via text. We’d stay here again! »

« I took my 15 year old son and four of his buddies for a two night getaway. The property was beautiful and the spacious open layout of the house was perfect for the six of us. The boys had an absolute blast swimming, fishing, kayaking, and hanging out by the fire pit. Despite constant swimming, they still managed to catch some bass and catfish! One last thing…it was great to be in total seclusion and not have to worry about the boys being too loud; however, there was a Dollar General and gas...
