« The house was not at all as represented on the website. We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. They went the extra mile and provided extra amenities like snacks, cold drinks, bathrobes, razors, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.Both the inside and the outside spaces were beautifully appointed.
