« My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect. Everything that we wanted to do was close by. We hiked Bushkill Falls during the day and enjoyed the peacefulness of the house overlooking the mountains and listened to the river down below. We would definitely come back and highly staying here. »

« We are high school buddies (class of 1969)who get together every year at a different location. We chose High Altitude Hideaway for its amenities (hot tub, sauna, game room), ample space, and comfortable furnishings. The location is beautiful and the variety of local activities is tremendous. We toured the Frazetta Art Museum, walked the "Popular Trail" at Bushkill Falls, learned a LOT at the Pocono Indian Museum, lounged in the hot tub, and enjoyed great meals out (so many restaurants to...

« We loved the fire pit! Host was incredibly nice. 10/10 would recommend! »

« Probably the best appointed place we’ve stayed in a while. Many amenities, great views, and over all a great house. My only concern, we are firm mattress folks and these were rather soft. That’s just a preference thing. Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely consider a return visit. »

« Had a great weekend. The host gave clear and accurate instructions for just about everything. The house was easy to find. The driveway had plenty of room for our cars and enough room leftover to set up cornhole. The house was just as described in the listing. Plenty of options for group activities or individual activities. »

« This house was in the perfect spot.. private but very close to the beach!! Being that close to the beach was the best part. Loved the master suite as well. »

10/10 Excellent

"Dans un complexe très étendu (Hilton à côté), nous avons eu une très grande chambre vraiment confortable, avec frigo, micro ondes et machine à café (pas de bouilloire ni sachets de thé) Lit immense. salle de bain à l’ américaine, pas de flexible. Il y a des efforts de fait pour l’ aménagement de l’extérieur ( zone paysagé, fontaine) mais il n y a que des entreprises alentours. Le complexe dispose de salle de fitness et d une piscine que je n ai pas testé. Pas de restauration sur place. Des snacks sont en vente à l accueil. Petit déjeuner buffet correct mais industriel. Personnel aimable."
