« Joanne is a great host with very good communication. The house is cozy, and was decorated for the season with a little Christmas tree. The mini split units both upstairs and downstairs made climate control easy. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Dewey Beach! The house was in a great location. It was very walkable to restaurants, bars, and breweries. The house was perfect for our dog. Be sure to bring your own comforters, sheets, and towels- they were not provided. We would definitely return again! »

« Booked expecting to be able to work remote but there was no WiFi (or cable). Notified the owner upon arrival and despite repeated attempts (hours rebooting etc.) never had service. Owner seemed apologetic and said he would credit us a night but never did. »

« This place is the perfect pick for relaxation and a recharge! Everything you need is here,including a beautiful view of the beach and wildlife preserve. No light pollution to obstruct the full view of a star lit night( I saw falling stars for the first time in decades). Amazing sunrises and sunsets, beach walks, fishing and more! Even if it rains it's just an amazing view. Quiet and pet friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here! »

« This cottage was absolutely lovely and incredibly charming! Having the secondary cottage on the same property was the perfect setup for travelling with family. The attention to detail was phenomenal; little signs that described how to use the showers, which cabinet doors were permanently fixed so you knew not to try to open them, recommendations on plugging in one appliance at a time so the breaker doesn't trip, etc. We had a fantastic experience and the location was amazing!
