« The property was clean and well maintained! Easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Like most short term rentals at the Delaware beaches, guests do need to bring their own sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels. Best way to contact the host during the busy season is by phone, and the host was very responsive, polite, and happy to answer any questions when we spoke.The property was a little cramped for our group of four adults, but we made it work! Would happily stay here...

« Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. »

« We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed — especially for cooking. A big plus was having a washer and dryer available. There was plenty of parking, and the location was super convenient, close to restaurants, stores, Rehoboth Beach (15 min), and Sports at the Beach (20 min). Kathryn was a wonderful host—very communicative, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again! »

« This unit is on a very quiet street. We took a walk in the morning to the end of the lane where there is a view of the creek, which is a nice birdwatching area. It’s a great place to just crash, shower and fix a meal if you are on the beach all day. Great restaurants very close by. Bed is listed as a queen, but is a really a double or full, which was ok. Would stay again. :) »
