« Property was exactly as pictured and described. Great communication with property manager. Very comfortable beds. Heat/air was easy to use. Nice size kitchenette. List of directions were easy to follow & complete. Great location, 3 blocks from beach & 2 blocks to Rehoboth Avenue. Walk to all shops & restaurants. Would recommend for a couple or maybe a family with 1 small child. »

« Highly recommend this lovely condo! Everything was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Location was great— we parked our car and walked everywhere all weekend (even in the rain and snow!). « The proximity to the boardwalk and ocean is excellent (steps away). The unit itself has a good amount of space for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Some things we experienced that we did not expect from reading the listing: 1. Bathrooms are worn showing lots of wear and tear, peeling paint and chipping toilet seats. 2. « Place was great for me, my golden retriever and my two grandsons. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It was nice having the shower in another room than the bathroom so people could still use the toilet if they needed to when someone was in the shower. It made having only one bathroom work very well. « Our room was beautiful. Our hosts were fantastic. Kind and friendly without being intrusive in any way (although, they were a couple I’d want to be friends with). It was easy to park. In walking distance from the beach but just far enough we weren't overwhelmed by people. We were shown other beautiful rooms on the property and are 100% going to book again—this time with either a bigger apartment with our whole family or even better us and another couple. »
