« The interior furnishings could stand to be updated and there was some remnants of a party before us but the staff was responsive and communicative, the area beautiful and serene. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. The unit was 2 almost identical units next to each other with a central door. We closed the main door and left the unit doors open so family could walk...

« We had an amazing stay in Williamsburg! The unit was perfect! Spacious, clean, and well appointed. The beds were especially comfortable. But the service is what really made our stay. Check in was a breeze even though we didn’t arrive until 8:30. My daughter and her friend were starving after the 5 hr trek and the girl at the front desk gave us a great local recommendation. The next morning my daughter and her friend used the hairdryers in the same room at the same time and blew the fuse....

« We came to stay at the resort for two days while we took our two kids to Busch Gardens and to get a mini relaxing vacation in before school started back . The accommodations were great and the resort is beautiful but we got there and found out all indoor pool/hot tub(s) were closed for two weeks . This was one of the main reasons I chose this resort and would have preferred to be notified of the closure before hand . Our host notified us the day after we arrived and the resort of course notified...
