« The house was a good space for our 2 adults and 3 kids trip. We liked the house a lot and the fire pit area outside and the creek. The only disappointing thing was it did not seem very clean, lots of spider webs, some stains on the sheets that came out when we washed then upon our arrival and the grill was very gross we didn't even bother with it. The house does also sit next to a street that has a lot of work trucks during the day which are a bit loud, but seemed to be less busy by the evening....

« Everything was wonderful, we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. Host was quick to respond with communication. The lake helped us slow down and just be present and enjoy the beautiful creation that was all around us. Go and see Buck Falls also which was minutes away. Highly recommend. « Had another great long holiday winter weekend at this property with friends and family. Easy access to Elk Mtn for skiing, fun playing on the frozen lake and cozy evenings by the wood stove and TV. Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs. « The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home was very cozy and cute. My children loved the Christmas tree and seeing the animals in the barn. We will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the lake. Loved that we were able to have our fur baby with us. »

« I thought i knew what i was getting into, rustic, small and enough amenities to be comfortable. I was disappointed that the outside was not cleanded up. The patio was overgrown, dirty and no awning. Seems they were not ready guests yet. The inside was clean with everything you need as far as kitchen utensils, shower and bathroom stuff.
