« Great property, and one of the most thoroughly stocked VRBO locations we’ve ever stayed at - from the kitchen/cooking/dining items (even an almost a full spice rack!) to bathroom items (eg. hair dryers, cue tips, etc) - this place had everything. Smooth check in, responsive host/property manager, great hot tub and fire pit area,. It was perfect for our family of 5, and our friend’s family of 4. Plenty of room for all, ample sleeping arrangements, 3 full baths. Incredible. We’ll be back! »

« My name is Peter Beh. I’m a father of 4 and grandfather of 3. 7 of us just completed a 5 day visit to this truly incredible Catskills Chalet on 5 beautifully peaceful acres in Sullivan County! Our host Brent provided me and my family an incredibly peaceful and serene pre Christmas/Christmas celebration. Fire pit, sleigh riding, hiking and ample and comfortable bedrooms capable of sleeping 8 ! I want to thank VRBO and Brent and will assuredly be returning either next Christmas, or for summer...

« 5 stars across the board! Super communicative host, even offered to change cleaning crew schedule to accommodate our needs. There is a beautiful creek going through the back yard. It’s lovely. I feel like pictures dont do it justice. Definitely a wonderful experience. »

« This place was absolutley perfect for our stay. Waterview from almost every window in the house. Beautiful giant bedroom windows overlooking the lake to wake up to in the morning. Full kitchen, no reason to leave! It is beautifully decorated. Easy communication with our host and very easy check in and out. Perfect balance of indoor and outdoor comfort. We are already looking forward to returning. »

« Lovely, reasonably priced, mid-century modern home with lots of space. Large living room with a great view of nature and forest from the back wall lined with windows. Location is very convenient to Livingston Manor. We walked most places. Two full baths and three bedrooms was comfortable for 5 adult family members to stay together. »

Sarah's place has anything you might want... 2 beautiful sitting rooms, filled with natural light, a full roomy kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 spacious bedrooms, a hot tub, a front porch with unobstructed view of the lake, a lakefront patio with lounge chairs, kayaks, a firepit, wonderful books, records, and fine antique details throughout. »
