« Very cute home. Host was very responsive when needed. Location was perfect for our visit. Although the roads surrounding the house were rural and fairly steep, we were able to take long walks from the house without traffic worries. We stayed during holidays and host had decorated just enough to capture the spirit. »

« My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future! »

« It was a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Close to a market and food. Lots of great restaurants within 30 minutes. Love the fact it has a fenced in yard. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The little trail behind the property on the way to the lake was fun. Only took a couple of minutes. Found very cute places to eat within 5 minutes of the property for breakfast, lunch or dinner. “ The Piazza “ it’s a pizza shop that has outdoor seating only.. it is something you have to try....

« Such a beautiful spot on Swan Lake! Sunrise to the right, sunset to the left, peaceful woods over the water. Perfect kayaking lake with herons and eagles to keep you company. House is clean and comfy, nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. »

« I truly cannot say enough great things about this property and its hosts. Our group had such a great time here. The house was in fantastic condition, it was thoughtfully stocked with supplies, and had every amenity one could imagine. The property is beautiful and obviously has more space than we knew what to do with. The hosts were accommodating, responsive, and welcoming from beginning to end.I can confidently say this is one of the best property rental experiences I have ever had. I'm not sure...

« Unfortunately we were there during a rare heat wave. Only a/c in one room. Too hot to enjoy several lovely outdoor seating areas. Two of us did go out in back to fish the creek. It's a quiet street just off the main drag in Livingston Manor so great location. Very clean when we arrived and yard is well cared for. They let us check in an hour early which was nice. We'd stay there again! »
