« Very pleased with how nice this house was. We chose this location because it was just over the I64 tunnel and we were in town for concerts at the Hampton Coliseum. Really fast and easy to get there and back from the shows each night. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available along with kayaks. House was spacious and well provisioned. « We were very happy to find this huge house, with an elevator, for our family as we were evacuated from Cape Hatteras. However, even if comfortable, a lot of things were missing in the kitchen: small glasses for juice and kids, small plates for breakfast, light over the stove (in a microwave over the stove but not functioning so it was very dark when cooking mostly at night); a lot of pans where used and scratched. « Pictures don’t do this home justice! Hidden away from the road, almost like a secret in the trees. The modern wraparound decks provide several places to enjoy the view, have a family meal, or a game night. The proximity to the beach was amazing and made it easy to go back and forth. « The house was ok. The oven didn't work. I texted the landlord, and she offered me a pizza. (That i would've paid for upfront and they reimburse after our stay was completed. Nice location, but not so good communication. »

« Check in was great after i got the right cottage (4 on the property.)very quaint, very sparce o. The amenities... extra trash can & maybe a table lamp in the living room. 1 brite overhead light! The view and location and convienience certainley make up for other short commings. My daughter , grand daughter & I had a wonderful visit »

« I made two bookings, very easy but one canceled abruptly and the second turned out to be a non-available property and I did not find out until an before check-in. I was credited 100 for my trouble. I recommend that anyone that chooses this method, to reach out to the management agency or owner immediately to get the actual status of the property. »

« We really enjoyed staying at the Treehouse. The unit was clean and well stocked with extra towels, and clean sheets. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was clean and stocked with blenders and all sorts of items that you'd need. Although the unit was next door to another unit - it's a duplex - the other owners were quiet and kind. We would stay again! »

« The house was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some. It was spacious and very clean. It has a beautiful deck/balcony off of the upstairs bedrooms that were so nice in the morning. The owners are so nice and very prompt in responding to you. We had an electrical issue, but they responded quickly and got it fixed. The place has lots of outdoor equipment available for use, bicycles, kayaks, etc. The pier and the water are nice, however, Highway 64 is right in your backyard. It...

« Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom. « We enjoyed this amazing house and property. We got to explore the neighborhood walk across the street to one of the main beaches. Also went to the Virginia zoo and a dolphin sightseeing adventure. We got to eat at the ocean view pier restaurant and enjoy our own cooking of meals. It was a fantastic vacation and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything. »
