« Would not rent here again. Hosts: The hosts were very poor at communicating and replying to messages. I had to reach out to VRBO multiple times to help me with communication with them. Main house: The property was not as expected. Three floors, no bedrooms on main floor. AC only worked on first floor, so the third floor became unbearable by the end of the day… couldn’t sleep up there (had to sleep on couch). Front door jam is loose and probably insecure. Living room TV had no clicker for volume...

« Needless to say when we left the house was cleaner than when we arrived.There were cleaning towels and mop head in washer that had been ran but never dried that were completely dry stuck to the sides from being in there so long, there was a plate of moldy spaghetti left in the microwave that stunk the kitchen up.The house needs some updates. Both bathroom sinks were clogged & disgusting when reaching out to the host he had someone come over the next evening to fix them and they couldn’t even...

« Host was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in/out was smooth. There is an odor when you enter. You do get used to it but if you’re sensitive like I am probably not the place for you. House was very cute, loved access to the beach, but it is right on the main road ( made us nervous with a young child) and parking for only 2 cars. Overall a good experience. »

« Overall our stay was good and the host was great in terms of communication and friendliness. There is a lot of space and plenty of extra blankets, pillows, etc. I was a bit disappointed in the (lack of) cleanliness and a few of the lights and main living room TV not working (we suspected that it could just be a faulty extension cord) given the price of our stay, but I would consider staying there again if traveling in this area. A good deep clean would really elevate this property as a rental,...
