« Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed. »

« Overall we would recommend this place. Its a cute vintage studio. Its tough to find a place that allows our three big dogs so this was a wonderful find. In the summer this would be a perfect little beach getaway. I do wish I had known this was an upstairs studio. Its only a consideration because our smallest big dog tends to go up and down like a wrecking ball and we'd rather not disturb others. « Me and my family enjoyed our beach stay. There was a beach in walking distance to the house, a playground and also a store. We drove to Virginia Beach for one day which was about a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed the beach in the back of the house more. The host responds quick when asked questions. I would recommend and will be staying next summer again with my family. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location. Parking was challenging on occasion, but doable. Easy access to the building, although the key fob went missing once, it was resolved quickly. Per the previous comments, I was aware the sofa bed wouldn't be the most comfortable for sleeping, but we made do just fine. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay. »
