He is a very friendly, responsive, and involved individual who promptly took care of any request or issue we had. « Cute little efficiency, perfect for a short stay with a pet. Very close to the beach. Parking right at the door. Clean but carpet is very stained, furniture is worn and a few things could use some maintenance. Overall what you would expect for the price though. Be aware that this is a basement apartment and you can hear everything from the room above. Every time they run the water or walk across the room, ect. Got woke up very early in the morning.
