« a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A »

« My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay in Greenport! This property was the perfect location for us. We loved being walking distance to town. John even had a binder with various helpful recommendations! He was also very responsive when we had a couple of questions. The makeup remover wipes in the bathroom were also a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again! »

« This apartment was clean, well-equipped, and convenient to stores, restaurants, and the relatives we were visiting in the area. With a responsive host who answered all our questions promptly. »

« The stay wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it was a very positive experience! We sent a message to the host before arriving to request the check in instructions, since they weren’t included in the reservation, and needed to request towels, but the host was incredibly responsive and gracious and gave us everything we needed quickly. Other reviews will say that the space was cold, which was similar for us, but since it’s one thermostat for the whole house and the rental space is a converted...

« Martin was amazing, I had told him we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, he had a gift bag waiting for her! We were so close to everything we had planned to see! Apartment was very cosy. »
