We wanted to stay on the beach for a family party at Ernie's Seaside. Right down the street. Comfortable abd very clean. Great for a weekend in Seabrook Beach or Hampton Beach! »

« BBQ près de la piscine avec table = super pratique pour cuisiner pendant que les enfants peuvent se baigner! Tout est près à pieds! Condo super pratique, il manquait seulement un bon nettoyage du four afin de pouvoir l’utiliser sans odeur et fumée toxique! »

« My Mom and I stayed here when we had to come for a funeral. We loved the view, the shared courtyard and the proximity to the beach. The place looked just like the photos and Sean was super responsive. Although there isn't a patio there is a huge lawn with chairs and a BBQ. »

« Great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for, excellent location. We didn't understand how to use the TV but we were there for the beach so that was fine. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. »

« Great location in Portsmouth. The apartment was very clean and has all the items you would need. All the amenities like bedding, towels, etc were all top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! »

« One never knows what to expect from pictures or reviews. The cottage was small and quaint. The property owners also have a larger apartment. It is a compound with an incredible restaurant, owned by the proprietors. It is on Shore Rd, turn left and you will find the best breakfast restaurant in town. .1 of a mile you will find the beginng of the path to Parsons Way. It will end near downtown. We had a nice cool ice tea and ice cream. »

« Was in town for a busy wedding weekend. Didn’t spend much time at the house, but it was a great base for us to get ready and crash at night. »

« Great location, clean and comfortable. We were thankful to be so close to the heart of Portsmouth. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Easy parking. We appreciated to comfort of the apartment and the washer and dryer. »

« This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter. Every room had a nautical touch and was big enough for one or two. Very comfortable. Kitchen was big and so cute. Beach access was a couple doors down. Thank you for a safe place to lay my head. »
