« Coffee is horrible »

« Temperature control was ok. Jacuzzi was actually pretty good but the wood on the steps and floor are failing due to water--doesn't look too safe. Needs to be replaced with vinyl planking--would make it easier to clean and more sanitary. The bathroom was terrible--needs repairs and redo--caulking, tile, controls, etc. Very bad. The room in general was poor--needs walls repaired and painted, electrical outlets replaced (the one by the window actually has a wire coming from UNDER the outlet...

« The room was fairly dirty, there wasn't a fitted sheet on one of the beds. The hot water knob didn't work and I cut my finger to the bone trying to use my knife as a screwdriver so I could take a shower. I just wanted all the supplies to clean it properly. Then the toilet was clogged, so I go to get a plunger, and because the ppl were asleep, one said I'll have to wait til morning, the other said "we don't have one right now." I was like, ok...so you want my guest to pee over my clogged...

« Friendly service, comfortable beds and rooms, and great internet! The only downside was no refunds for the two nights the room wasn't needed when my trip was cut short. I don't remember seeing information about that but I could have missed it. »
