« We were in town for our anniversary. Location was great. Close to everything. Right by the lake. Very tranquil. Just what we needed. Nice to sit out on the patio and watch the boats go by. »

« Very nice place with a convenient location near many restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus! »

« A disastrous experience that demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and empathy. I had booked and paid for a room at this hotel, expecting at least some flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, a flat tire left me stranded on the side of the road for 10 hours. When I finally arrived late, exhausted and frustrated, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled due to an inhumane administrative rule stating that bookings expire after a certain hour. No effort...

« The Gold-Inn is a gem motel in Hot Springs ! It is not too big so it is quiet and the service offered is great. The rooms are are in an excellent condition and very comfortable. »

"Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumière ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
