« It was the perfect rental for my family. We had plently of room for sleeping. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open so it is easy to visit. It was so much fun because the lake is right out the front door. The lake access allowed us to swim, canoe and kayak. Watching the sunset while sitting on the dock was my favorite activity. We hope to go again. »

« Beautiful and very clean home. Beds were comfortable and the linens and blankets were clean. We were in Breckenridge for a family funeral, and Kokomo House was close to town and perfect for gathering with family. We served a family dinner for 20, and the kitchen was very well stocked and the grill worked perfectly. The washer and dryer worked great, and the hosts even provided an iron and steamer. The hosts Kauai and Holly were very accommodating and responsive. Would 100% recommend this...
