« Our hosts were very welcoming and excellent at communicating with us! We enjoyed using the hot tub and the wood burning stove on the enclosed 3 season porch. Which by the way had a wonderful view of the lake. The best part was being only 20 minutes from home but feeling like we were secluded out in the country- much needed peace and quiet. Thanks for the get-away- while we had some work done on our house. »

« This is an older house, there is a soft spot in the floor outside the bathroom that can catch your feet if you’re not careful. The rooms were clean and we had what we needed. There are small areas that weren’t clean but I can tell the owner has done a lot of work to update and make the house cozy. We enjoyed our stay! My only complaint is that the listing states there is a parking spot, however it’s street parking and we did have people take the spot in front of the house so we had to find other...

« Megan was great! When the weather was expected to be bad, she sent a message checking to see if we needed anything. I loved that we had full access to the location without the worry of disturbing others, or being disturbed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. Just what I needed. « We stayed over the weekend and were really excited about this rental and looking forward to enjoying our stay in St. Louis. Unfortunately, that ended very quickly as we pulled up to the property. We didn’t receive the actual address to the property until the morning of our check-in day and so I wasn’t fully able to check out the neighborhood before actually booking.
